*Ghost Zone- Far Frozen*

“Thanks again, Frostbite.” Danny called out to the Yeti as him and the twins walked back to the specter speeder (mark 2).

“It is no problem, ‘Great one’.” Frostbite proclaimed as he waved to the trio leaving the arctic tundra of his home.

Danny waved to him back smiling in delight before getting into the Spector speeder, having to be a bit careful as he had something’s on board he just got. Once he got in he saw the twins managing to squeeze them into their seats.

Jack once seated, he sighed in relief. But that quickly ended as Abby pushed some of the boxes right at him -trying to get them out of her way- making him press against the window. He groaned annoyed. “Tell me again why I had to come along?”

Danny turned -tried- around to him, smiling at him sheepishly. “Sorry Kiddo, wasn’t expecting it to be so much.” He then turned back to the controls and started thing up. “Abby shut the door”

“Oh it!” She exclaimed excited thrilled to just be going into the ghost zone with her father.

“What are all these boxes for anyway?” Jack said as he moved one of the boxes away from his side, attempting to get more comfortable.
Danny started to flying heading away from FarFrozen. “Some new parts to use for some things Tucker and me and planning to do.” He said with a bit of delight.

“So basically new toys for you and him?” Jack said with a dry look. “You know, I bet Mom and Aunt Val are thinking you two are cheating on them.” He started with a smirk.

Danny just rolled his eyes and chuckled, now come on, I have you know that if we let them join us…….. Yeah they would probably try and take over….. It’s me and your Uncles alone time. No ruining it.” He stated trying to get out of the conversation.

Both the twins laughed at their father at this. Danny just gave a annoyed look as he drove heading back to the portal.

Jack snickered but calmed down before looking out a window, watching the endless sensory went on. If you didn’t know you way around here you would easily get lost. The Ghost Zone was the most fascinating thing to Jack in a way that wasn’t normal, he saw it as a place to escape from, feeling he was too connected to it, but that was something he couldn’t control.

He sighed leaning back only to yelp at a box stabbing him in the back.

“You okay, Jack?” Danny said surprised almost stopping to check on him.

“I’m fine, fine.” The teen said rubbing his back more annoyed that he didn’t see that coming. He shot a look at Abby for snickering, who quickly stopped.

Sighing he went back to his thoughts as he somewhat heard Abby talk with their dad about helping with whatever they were going to make with this junk. He really didn’t care. Better her then him. He tried tuning them out to marvel at the outside. While doing this he saw a ghost float by, he didn’t get a good look at her but for a sec he thought it was Ember, but brushed it off as it was pretty much the flame, Ember has a blue flame, and the one he saw had green.

The ghost that Jack saw, saw him in return and looked to have a look of curious on her face as well, before it turned into a smirk.
“He looks like good pray.” She said with a sinister tone. She giggled a bit watching the Spector Speeder fly off noticing the ‘Fenton’ logo on it, telling her exactly where to go.

Twin Phantoms: Episode 7: The Hunters Pray

*Casper High- after school on the football field*

Sitting on the benches, Jack and TJ played a card game to past the time waiting for Abby to be done with practice, only reason they were even there were for two reasons. One was because Abby didn’t have a ride –not trusted to walk home by herself- and two, it gives them a chance to see all the track girls on the team.

“Okay, if I win, you have to go ask out that brunette down there” TJ betted while pointing down at a tanned girl who was currently getting a drink of water. Jack looked to see the girl before giving TJ a dry look.

“No” Jack started bluntly before looking back at his cards.

“Okay, how about her?” TJ points over to a blond that looked a little chunky but was cute none the less.

“Just shut it, TJ. I’m not betting on asking a girl out.” Jack grumbles as he laid down two cards before picking two others up, not looking at his best friend annoyed.

TJ was deep in thought. “Hmmmm so you rather ask out a guy?” Gets cards chucked at him. This just made him laugh. “Awe, I was just kidding, haha. Lighten up.” He picked up some of the fallen cards that got thrown at him and saw some on the ground under the stands.
“……. You have to pick those up.” The teen said casually.

Jack just gave him a dry look. “Will you quit it? Why are you pressing me to ask someone out anyway?.....” Looked at him suspiciously. “…. Are you doing a bachelor event?”

“No. Don’t be ridiculous.” TJ said quickly but then thought a bit about it. “Though that idea sounds promising….. Mind if I use it?”

Jack just scoffed at this and rolled his eyes. “Dude, seriously. What’s with you doing that?”

“I’m just trying to be a good friend that’s all. I mean come on, you don’t have a girlfriend and I know you’re lonely.” TJ nudged him with his elbow. “I’m just trying to help you get some game.”

“I don’t need help to get ‘game’.” Jack said pulling away from his elbow.

TJ raised an eyebrow, looking at him like ‘you’re kidding, right?’ Jack in return of this just gave an annoyed look.
“Your sister has more game then you.”

“What are you talking about? She doesn’t have a boyfriend.” Jack spat back.

“No, but boys like her a lot more than the girls like you.” TJ said holding up a finger knowingly.

Jack raised an eyebrow. Then blinked realizing he was kinda right, when it came to being asked out, Abby wasn’t known to stay out of the picture, but the only reason she never goes out is basically do to miss understanding. Jack never even asked a girl out.

Thinking about this he flinched feeling TJ pat his back.

“Awe don’t feel bad, I know a few girls that would gladly go out with you.” The black teen said cheerfully.

Jack just rolled his eyes again. “Dude, it’s okay. I don’t need a girlfriend. I’m happy by myself….. But why this conversation all of a sudden?”

“Because of the dance.” TJ started point blank.

This surprised Jack as he then remembered they did in fact have a dance coming up. Dang time flies when you don’t care.
“Oh… so what I can just go by myself.” Jack shrugged it off.

TJ sighed, “Oh you poor thing.” He pretended to act dramatic about it but peeked out to see Jack not amused and snickers. “Lighten up. Just want to help.”

“Thanks but no-“Jack was cut off by Abby coming over.

“Time to go!” Abby said sweating but with a grin on her face. She still wore her track outfit, which was a white tank top with the schools girl track logo that when with her white shorts and tennis shoes.

It was rare to see her not wear her usually jeans and jacket –even in a million degree weather- so seeing her like this you could see she had a pretty nice figure that was a little muscular as well as nicely tanned.

TJ stared at this before getting elbowed in the ribs. “Ow!” he cried. “What was that for?” Said to Jack.

Jack just stood up. “Come on. Let’s get going.” He jumped down onto the grass walking off.

Abby watched her brother sulk off as she raised an eyebrow to this then looked at TJ. “What did you do?”

“What??? You think I did something? Mean, I was just trying to be a good friend.” TJ said before picking up the few cards that were on the bench before jumping down to get the others.

She raised an eyebrow to this but then looked at her brother before jumping down and running over to him, her pony tail swiftly brushing the air as she came over to Jack.

“Hey, you okay?” Abby said titling her head.

“Yeah I’m fine, just annoyed.” Jack reassured then saw TJ come over.

“Okay look, I’m sorry, wasn’t right of me to push you into something you uncomfortable with.” TJ said as he put the cards away in his back pocket.

“I am not uncomfortable.” Jack said defensively. “Just…. Not ready.” He looked away a bit embarrassed.

“What are you two talking about?” Abby stated completely clueless about the conversation between the teenage boys.

“It’s nothing.” Jack said quickly.

Abby pouts at this.

“Okay, okay, I get it, I’ll back off.” TJ said as he stopped.

Jack stopped as well looking at him with a raised eyebrow. “You’re giving up that quickly?”

“Well sure.” TJ shrugged. “Can’t force you to do stuff forever. Plus, I think it’s time my good friend to leave the nest and discover life to the fullest.” He stated with such passion.

Jack didn’t buy this for a moment. “The bull crap you speck is so high I could swear your eyes were brown.”

TJ snickered. “Keep thinking that, but you need a date, if not I’ll get you one.” He said before walking off casually to his house.
Jack just face palmed.

“I need better friends.”

***********************

“Mom, dad, we’re home!” Abby called out before running up stairs to get dressed.

Jack headed down stairs to see what his father was up to. “Hey dad, can I ask- okay I’m leaving now.” He said dryly seeing that the lab was a mess with junk all around, seeing his father and even Tucker having fun working on something.

Danny saw him and smiled. “Hey kiddo, want to help me and Tuck out?”

“Ummmm no, I’m just going to leave now.” Jack said backing out of the room.

“What? Why?” Danny said coming over. Saw his son was a bit tense.

“Well, um, I rather talk about it later, you look busy…” Jack said rubbing the back of his neck.

Danny raised an eyebrow.

Tucker saw it was better if he left. “Hm well I think Val needs me home, I’ll talk with you later Danny.” He said walking off waving bye.
Danny waved bye then looked at his son. “What’s wrong?”

Jack looked down and sighed.“Um…… How did you deal with…. Um… you know… asking a girl out?” he looked at his father a bit embarrassed.

Danny blinked surprised. “Why do you ask this?”

“Well you see there’s this dance and… TJ kinda got it in my head that I should ask a girl to it and well… I never really done that before.”

“…… Son…. I love it that you trust me with advice but honestly…. The first time I tried asking a girl out my pants dropped in front of everyone. I’m pretty sure I’m almost the worst person to come to.” Danny said as he seemed almost ashamed.

Jack looked at him now felt bad for him. “Oh geez…. But you still got a date rught?”

“My date turned into a dragon….” Danny said pretty much in his shame corner.

“...... I’ll just go ask mom for advice.”

“Good idea…” Danny said in his shame corner still.

Jack headed up stairs seeing his mother doing laundry. “Hey mom how would you want a guy to ask you to a dance?”

“Hm? Well of course I would want him to at least ask me.” Sam said looking at him as she folded a t-shirt.

“Yeah but how?”

“It’s not how I would want to be asked it’s just the person asking. Why, you plan to ask a girl?” Sam said raising an eyebrow.

“Yes… no… maybe… I don’t know. There’s a dance coming up and now I can’t help but think that I need a date.”

“I thought you didn’t like dances…”

“I don’t really, but I never been to one… and… I don’t know I guess I would at least like to check out one…”

Sam smiled softly, “Ah, I see. Well do you have anyone in mind?”

“Eh…. Not really.” Jack smiled a bit sheepishly that.

Sam smile fell. “I see…. Well how about you wait till you find someone you want to talk to the dance, alright?”

“Alright…” He said a bit disappointed that talking to his parents got him nowhere, he just went to his room.

*********
Once in his room he flopped on the bed and grabbed his ipod and put his headphones on and stated to hum the music as he closed his eyes thinking, unaware he was being watched.

The girl watching him had long flaming green hair with just a bit of blue coming from her bangs, having gray skin almost like metal and acid green eyes, she observed Jack with a mischievous smirk, waiting for the right moment to get him.

Though she tried to keep her distance, also, this was after all Fentonworks so she had to watch herself.

Jack rested listening to his music and ignoring the burning sensation he felt whenever he sensed ecto-energy he assumed it was just Abby or maybe even his dad, he wasn’t in the mood to really care. But eventually as he laid there he passed out, snoring softly resting on his bed.

The girl entered the room at this but stayed cautious, her adjusted a bracelet she had on, making sure it was still working.

“I’ll be back in a bit!”

The girl freezed up as she head Sam’s voice, though she relaxed to see her leaving the house not coking up stairs, putting her hand to her chest she sighed in relief then looked at Jack curiously and came closer.

“Awe, he looks so cute when he’s sleeping.” She whispered to herself letting a small giggle but quickly shut up as she heard someone outside Jack’s door, she stared at the door like a deer waiting for movement from the hunter.

The footsteps died down as she finally relaxed as she mumbled to herself. “Geez, how does Dad even do this?”

Not waiting anymore time she got out an anti-ghost rope and smirked at Jack seeing him peacefully sleep.

*********
Jack woke up finding himself in a uncomfortable position, he tried to fix this but was unable to move his arms, forcing him to open his eyes and she what was up.

“What in the-.” He said as he looked around in the unfamiliar location. He managed to sit up and looked to see himself tied up.

“Morning sleeping beauty.” Cooed a voice that caused Jack to jump and quickly look towards the ghost who had captured him.

“Huh?? Who are you?.... Where am I? WHY AM I TIDE UP!?”

“Hey calm down, geez, it’s like you want my parents coming in here.” She said as she came over and sat on the bed near him as she smirked.

Jack started to squirm. “Let me go!!”

“Now why would I do that? It’s no fun if you let you pray go.” Amber giggled.

“Prey? GAH! Not going to happen!” Jack squirmed getting a little too close to the edge.

Amber just snickered watching this, amused by his attempts.

After a bit Jack finally stopped a bit defeated for the time being. “What do you want with me?” He glared a bit.

“I just want you.” She purred as she looked him over a bit. “By the say, you look great without a shirt.”

Jack blinked at this and looked to notice he wasn’t wearing a shirt, causing him to fluster red. “What that!? Wh-what did you do with my shirt!?” He demanded to know.

She just chuckled.

Jack growled and squirmed then blinked before falling off the bed. “Oof!” he groaned a bit as he was stuck between the bed and wall.
Looking over at this she covered her mouth trying not to laugh, but freezed up hearing a knock at her door.

“Amber? Are you in there?” Said a familiar voice that could only be Skulker. Jack by reflex stayed still.

The girl named Amber blinked at this and went to open the door. “Yeah dad?” She said causally to the massive robot before her.
“So how did your hunting go? Did you catch anything?” He said wanting a progress report.

Amber smiled big at this as she motioned him over to see Jack. “Yep! See?”

Skulker saw Jack and at first was a bit surprised but smirked at this. “You’ve caught the punk. Very impressive dear.”

Amber was glad at the approval then have a puppy dog look. “Can I please keep him daddy? I promise to take good care of him.”

“NO YOU CAN’T KEEP ME!!” Jack yelled out as he squirmed to get free, trying to find the knot that had its grips on him.

Skulker ignored Jack outburst as he thought about it, at first wasn’t so sure but smirked. “Sure sweetie, you can keep him.”

Amber squealed with delight at this as she grabbed Jack and hugged him tight, knocking the wind out of him from her surprisingly strong grip. “Thank you, daddy!”

With dismay of this he tried to get away, wish right about now that his dad or even sister would come to help him out.

Hugging him with delight, Amber just gladly held him in her grasp. “Isn’t this great Jackie?”

“No!” Jack yelled as he tried to push her away, with no luck. “Let me go--and don’t call me that!!”

“Awe, why not?” Amber said playfully pouting as her grip tighten so he couldn’t get free. “I like calling you Jackie.” She purred.

Jack flustered red as he really wanted to get away from her.

“O-okay, okay.” He grunted a bit in pain. “Just—quit squeezing me!” He was still trying to get the knot undone.

Amber blinked at this and loosed her grip. “Oops, sorry.” She said blushing a little embarrassed but smiled as she leaned into Jack only to yelp at Skulker pulling her away.

“Now Amber, I don’t want you getting to close to him.” The robotic ghost said having second thoughts on this idea of her catching him.
“What? Why not?” She glared at her father for pulling her away.

“I just think you’re not ready, that’s all. Besides wouldn’t you rather skin him?” Skulker said as even to this day he wanted to do so at least to one member to the Fenton family.

Amber had a look of disgust on her face. “Ew, no way. Skinning a human just sounds gross dad!” she exclaimed getting between her father and Jack.

“Then you rather keep him as a pet?”

Amber thought about that for a moment.

“I guess so.” That wasn't her true thoughts on what she wanted but she knew Skulker wouldn't approve of him saying anything other.
As the father daughter talked Jack had finally found a way around the knot. It was tricky but he slowly got it untied, looking up every now and then making sure they weren't watching.

Hesitating for a moment Skulker finally let out a sigh in defeat.

“Well then, I’ll leave you alone then…. But I don’t want to hear any trouble form up here, is that understood?” He stated strictly mostly at Jack who in returned just blinked at him confused. With that he left.

Amber pouted still that her father had no trust in her. But for now she shrugged it off and smiled as she turned to Jack. “Well then, where were-- huh?” By her surprise Jack was no longer on her bed, in fact, he wasn’t even in her room. To her dismay she say the rope that held Jack scattered on the ground, telling that Jack had escape.

Out the window and the heck out of there he went. He wanted nothing to do with Amber and her psychotic ways.

Getting out of there he went through the forest running at top speed as he tried to find a way to get home. He off the back knew where he was, or at least figured, as the surroundings were a forest. It must be Skulker’s island.

***********************
Abby was currently down stairs watching TV bored as nothing seemed to be playing. Flipping through the channels different programs displayed but most of what was said was cut off from the teens channel surfing.

She was back in her usual clothes minus her red hoodie as she just didn’t feel like wearing it.

Danny came into the room looking around.

“Is Jack still up in his room?”

Abby shrugged and continued her search for a program.

Danny watched this and sighed annoyed. “Can you please go get him for me?”

Abby stopped finally as she looked at him. “Sure… What for?” She stated sitting up.

“I just want to talk to him some more. That’s all.”

The teen thought a moment and shrugged and got up before going upstairs to greet Jack.

Once upstairs she knocked a few times on the door to her brothers room, getting no response in the process. Waiting a moment she knocked again, but a bit louder. Her frustration grew fast not liking the silence she presumed her brother was doing to her.

“Hey! Dad wants you! Get out here!” He proclaimed but once again, no response. She growled at this and attempted to Phase through his door only to face plant into the door.

This pretty much knocked her off her feet, groaning at her noes hurting.

“Oh yeah…. Ghost proof.” The teen grumbled getting back to her feet. She then jiggled the door knob getting no luck out of that, then smirked getting an idea as he walked off. About a few minutes later she came back with some tools as she had an evil look on her face.
Just 2 minutes later she was in. His door knob been picked with scratched marks all over it, showing her evidence of entry.

“Where are you skunk-boy?” She said annoyed looking around her brother’s room, seeing he nowhere in sight. After about a minute her look changed to determined.

“Oh so that’s how it’s going to be, eh?”

Back down stairs Danny got a call from Sam who was informing him that she was at the store and asked what they needed. Unaware of Abby walking down stairs past him going down to the lab where the portal was.

“Hm, I think we need eggs but I don’t see anything other……. Huh? Oh Yeah I guess so, you sure about those? Last time they went bad?..... True, alright, yeah get those too.”

Abby heard her father talk but she ignored it as she went to the portal, sensing where Jack was, she was so dragging him against his will for one not being in his room and two for not letting her come along with him to the ghost zone. With that in mind she went through the portal.

Going to Skulker’s island she just wondered why he was there. ‘I thought he hated places like this.’

She soon landed only to hear screaming.

“Jack!?” She called out hearing him and flew in that general direction. Flying through some traps she was unaware of only to see Jack nearly run into her.

“Abby!” Jack exclaimed seeing her, just wanting to hug her right now.

“Jack! What are you doing here!?” She questioned and blinked. “Why are you shirtless?”

“No time to explain!” He yelled and grabbed her. “Just teleport!”

“Huh?” His sister said confused.

“Come on! Now!” He yelled as she listed this time as she did just that as they teleported right outside the portal leaving the island just as Amber landed to where they were just at.

“…. I could have sworn I heard him.” She muttered pouting that Jack disappeared as well as sadden.

*************************
*few days later*

Jack was paranoid as ever since the Amber event as he kept looking over his shoulder to make sure she wasn’t around.

“Dude, you need to relax.” TJ said as he sat with him down at the mall, they were just hanging out.

How do you expect me to calm down with that ghost after me?

“Did you say she looked cute though? I fail to see what’s wrong.” The teen said as he sipped his drink.

Jack groaned annoyed.

“Why do I hang out with you?” he grumbled.

“Beats me.” TJ answered as he got a look of, ‘shut up’ from Jack.

With a sigh Jack leaned back. “Geez, just one day, I like one day this crap doesn't happen.”

“You’re a Fenton. I don’t think you have a choice with that.”

“….. I hate it when you’re right.” Jack just groaned as he got a pat on the back by his best friend. They just sat there bored mostly not knowing they were being watched.

TJ tried to figure out what to do to cheer his friend up, then smiled seeing something.

“Be right back.” The teen said before walking off, leaving Jack to sulk in his conflicting state of emotions.

Jack thought to himself as he tried to get Amber out of his head, the thought of her kidnapping him was so…. So weird. Why did she do that? Did she like him? That kinda sent a shiver up his back but mostly blush as the thought of a girl really liking him like that…. It was…. Odd almost. He sighed trying to relax but then felt two hands grab him making him phase though a wall to him surprise.

“Gah!” he yelled out then tumbled back as he was upside down to see Amber again making him scream. But got his mouth covered by Amber.

“Shhhhh keep it down.” She said looking more concerned then blinked being pushed away as Jack got up and put a shield up to protect himself.

“Back off!” He stated not wanting to be captured again.

Amber looked a little hurt at this.

Jack saw this as he kept his guard up keeping the shield between them but raised an eyebrow. “What do you want?”

Amber flame was calm a bit as it burned low yet never seem to burn anything. She looked down in shame as well as embarrassed.
“I’m sorry.” She said in a whisper which made Jack blink surprise.

“Sorry?.....” He got cautious again. “For what?”

“For kidnapping you…… And getting into your personal space….. And claiming you as my pet….. And--“ She was cut off by Jack at this.

Jack lowered his shield but was still cautious. “Okay, okay I get it, you’re sorry. Still doesn’t tell me I should forgive you…”

Amber was hurt at this. “Oh……”

Jack was now feeling guilty at this. “…. Why did you kidnap me?”

Amber seem to blush from this question as she didn’t look at him. She fiddled with her hair some as she let out a nervous laugh.

“We~ll I guess it’s because… Um… I kinda like you.. You know?” She was to flustered to even show her face.

Jack face burned red from hearing this as he looked at the ground. “I-I see…..”

At this an awkward silence fell between the two.

“…. I-I’ll just go, I’m sorry again.” She was just about to leave when her hand was grabbed.

“Wait.” Jack stated as he looked at her.  “…. Look….. I’m sorry, but you do realize that what you did was pretty…. Psychotic right? I mean… You wanted me as you pet!” Said couldn’t hold back how crazy the last part was.

Amber covered her face embarrassed. “I know, I know. But I can’t help it, I thought it was good at the time….  Guess I was wrong.”
“No dah.” He said calming a bit down a bit.

Amber gave a sheepish smile bit it soon feel. “I guess I just didn’t know how to react to having a crush you know?... I saw you a few times in the ghost zone so I kinda… you know….” She shrugged a bit as she combed her fingers repeatedly through her flaming her which passed through with such ease. “I guess I wanted a boyfriend…” The last part she muttered.

Jack flustered once again but let out a sigh.

“I, um….. I see…. Look, I barely know you.”

“I know…” She said quietly.

He felt like his head would explode from the guilt he was feeling as he got a good long look at her. She was really pretty and honestly she’s not as bad as he thought of her as, in fact at least she has common sense to apologize. He felt like an idiot, but he had to solve this.
“…… Okay. How about this. I go out with you just for one date…. We’ll see how it goes from there….. I um…. Don’t think it’s a pity date alright? I know it seems like one but I—What?” saw the smile on Amber’s face.

“Really!?” She said with joy back on her face like before. It was kinda cute when Jack saw it in this perspective.

He nodded a bit. “Yes. But! You can’t tie me up. Or treat me like your pet….. OR treat me like pray….. Okay?”

“Okay!” She said as she jumped into his arms, causing the boy once again to burn bright to his ears.

After a moment or so, she let go and smiled big at him. “So…. Where should we go for our date?”

“Eh, well um… There is this dance that’s coming up and um, yeah if you would like to attend…”

“Okay! That sounds like fun, we can dance and talk there.” She said as she spun around a bit.

Jack had to let out a small smile. “Yeah.” He then realized something.

“Um... I’m with my friend right now so if you don’t mind… Maybe this afternoon we can talk more about the dance? It’s this Saturday.”
“Oh! Right, right. I Understand… I’m sorry again about what happened… I can’t wait for the dance. It sounds fun.”

Jack smiles a bit. “I think you will… Well… um… see you.”

“Bye, bye.” Amber said waving by as she phased through the ground.

Jack watched this then realized something.

“Where the heck am I?” looked around confused before sighing.

“Just~ Grea-- Gah!” He explained being pulled through the wall, almost tripping on the bench he was on prier.

“There you are!” TJ exclaimed as he walked over with some snacks. “Where the heck were you?”

Jack blinked surprised before rubbing the back of his neck smiling sheepishly. “Oh, um. I just got a date to the dance… That’s all.”
Finally getting around to posting this here, guess I was a bit lazy because I have to go back and put spaces on this to make it lest squished together
